Project 10123
Minifigures
10123 Cloud City featured 8 minifigures. There were 4 that were unique to this set, and 4 that could be found in other sets of the era.
Stormtrooper
This is the original variation produced since 2001. They came without faces for many years! Lego experienced some issues when they first produced Stormtroopers. One stamp would be used to print each side of the helmet, but they were usually inconsistent. This resulted in the common "mustache" as seen here.

Han Solo
The intergalactic outlaw himself, Han Solo! He is equipped with the best Lego could do for blasters at the time, the first accurate rendition of his signature sidearm was introduced in 2011. What makes the 10123 variant special is the brown pants with holster print, only seen on an equally rare minifigure pack.

Princess Leia
A force sensitive Skywalker, this is Princess Leia or Alderaan. This figure is exclusive to 10123 and features a unique white vest. The hair is also special, only appearing on fellow royalty, Padme Amidala.

Lando Calrissian
We have reached the first expensive minifigure in the set: Lando Calrissian. A 10123 exclusive, this is valued at over $100. The most valuable part is Lando's cape, the first double sided cape made by Lego. However, there was controversy over this being the first brown minifigure produced, implying that every Lego figure previously produced was white.

Solo in Carbonite
Jabba will get his prize! The Han Solo in Carbonite that appeared in 10123 was the standard until a 3-D textured mold finally appeared in the 2010 3rd edition Slave I.

Darth Vader
While not an exclusive print to 10123, this Darth Vader is special for two features: His lightsaber hilt and his head. Chrome lightsaber hilts were phased out of production in 2010, meaning the old ones with the shiny finish are still desirable. The face of Darth Vader is important as well, because it is printed in Old Gray, a color phased out of production in 2004.

Luke Skywalker
Another expensive figure! Cloud City Luke Skywalker is an interesting phenomenon, where the only exclusive part is his pants! There is a unique pocket and belt print bring up the price of this figure to $100!

Boba Fett
This is the one we've all been waiting for, Cloud City Boba Fett! Iconic for having deluxe prints on the arms and legs, this whallop will break the bank. Sold listings are rare, but command prices upwards of $250, making this the most valuable Boba Fett minifigure ever produced!
